 Client Information

Our client is a Canadian owned private search company. They have locations across Canada. They are currently looking to grow their team by two Account Managers. One in their Toronto office and the other in their Durham Region office. This individual will be responsible for running a full cycle desk in Accounting & Finance in the Toronto office and the other a Generalist full cycle desk in Durham Region.

Job Responsibilities

-          Cold-calling prospective clients

-          Develop relationships with clients

-          Direct sourcing of candidates

-          Interviewing of candidates

-          Negotiation rates / salaries with clients and candidates

Job Requirements

-          Must have a minimum three years experience in the search industry

-          Must have a completed post secondary experience

Remuneration

Our client pays a base salary of $45-50k plus commissions. Expect first year income to be around $75k and second year income to be around $90k +.
