Job Description

The Technical Services & Support Manager Duties Include:

1. Writing or re-editing product technical documents.

2. Writing and organizing technical training text and PowerPoint displays for 3rd Party Training

3. Provide technical training for 3rd party representation and distribution.

4.   Communicating with distributors or end users to determine product requirements.

5.   Technical and product application support for distributors and end users.

6.   Investigate and analyze improvements of product line to reflect the needs of the end user and provide feedback to the R&D department.

7.   Identify and improve technical service processes.

8.   Remain informed on product developments through self education and external training, and address and resolve internal and external inquiries. 

9.   Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

A post secondary education in Electrical Engineering or equivalent as well as 3 or more years of industry related experience is required.  Knowledge of electrical engineering is necessary. Candidates need to exhibit excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
