OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Our co. has a challenging opportunity for an ambitious individual who posses initiative & willingness to work & grow with our co. The ideal candidate must have 5 yrs. experience
Job functions & qualifications will incl. but are not limited to the following:
- Experience in using QuickBooks, Excel, Word
- Responsible for Accounting, payroll & front desk reception
- Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task, work in a team, be self motivated & take initiative
- Complete tasks in a professional & timely manner with attention to detail
- File prep, maintenance & ability to write professional correspondence
- Administrative support to the G. M.
