Regional Manager

Growing local sports website seeks contractors for the position of Regional Manager for select regions throughout Ontario. As a Regional Manager, you will operate LocalSportsReport.com in a designated region with the goal of increasing content, growing web traffic and generating revenue through banner ad sales.

LocalSportsReport.com is dedicated to providing complete coverage for all local sports teams. Our goal is to become North America’s go to website for local sports fans and enthusiasts. In addition to user generated content, each day we aggregate sports content from across the internet and deliver it to sports fans from one central location: LocalSportsReport.com.

Duties include:
-editing user generated website content
-aggregating relevant local sports content from a variety of sources
-establishing a relationship with local sports teams and organizations within your region
-marketing the website to sports fan and participants within your region
-selling banner ads to local businesses

Requirements
-must conduct yourself in a professional manner
-familiar with the local sports community
-basic understanding of computers and the internet
-sales experience is an asset but is not necessary

Compensation
-This is a contract position offering a generous commission based compensation plan.
