We are currently recruiting for Bilingual (French & English) Easyline Specialists for the start date of April 19th, 2010.

POSITIONS / AVAILABILITY: We have two different positions available.
Position #1: Easyline Specialists for this position.
Successful candidates will be able to choose which of the following 2 scheduling models they are committing to:
OPTION 1: Requires availability to work a variety of rotating shifts between the hours of 6:00 A.M. and 12:00 A.M. (Midnight), Monday through Sunday including statutory holidays. Employees will be scheduled a minimum of two consecutive days off from work per week.
OPTION 2: Requires availability to work any shifts between the hours of 12:00 pm (noon) and 12:00 am (midnight), 5 consecutive days per week out of 7 (Monday to Sunday), including statutory holidays. The days of the week scheduled to work will be the same every week and will include at least one day during the weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday). These specific 5 days of the week will be determined by business needs and will be communicated to successful candidates at the time of the offer before they make the choice of scheduling models.
Position #2: 2 Overnight Bilingual (French & English) Easyline Specialists for this position.
For Bilingual Easyline Specialists that would prefer to work Overnight:
Candidates must commit to being available to work 5 consecutive nights per week out of 7 (Monday to Sunday) within the hours of 10:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M. including statutory holidays. Note: Training will be during the day (listed below), so there would be a work/life transition from training to being on the Overnight team.
Additional Notes re: Positions/Availability:
These positions are all Full Time (37.5 hours/week). However, if a qualified candidate prefers Part Time hours we are happy to consider the application. Please advise us of the Part Time preference in the submission. These candidates would need to be available for Full Time hours during the first 12 weeks of employment.
For all positions and scheduling models candidates must be fully available for the first 12 weeks of employment. (see Training schedule below).

TRAINING:
The first 12 weeks of employment is a mandatory training period. The first two weeks of training will be Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. The rest of the training schedule could be anytime between 6 A.M. and 12 A.M. (midnight), Monday through Sunday, including statutory holidays.
For all positions and scheduling models candidates must be fully available for all training sessions.
COMPENSATION:
Base compensation is $35,860 per annum for Full Time ($18.34/Hour for Part Time) + $1.02/hour language premium ($1989 for the year).
There is a shift premium of an additional $1.10 per hour for shifts that are worked to 9pm or after 9pm (i.e. working 1pm-9pm will mean that Specialist will get additional $1.10 x 7.5 hours worked).
Overnight hires would receive a shift premium of $1.60 per hour instead of the $1.10 shift premium listed above. This would equate to approximately an additional $3,120 per year.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Please continue to focus on the following in pre-screening:
1. Exceptional Communication skills ?speaks/reads/writes fluently in English and speaks/reads fluently in French.
2. Highly Customer Focused.
3. Previous exposure to providing Advice to clients in a multi-product, metrics driven environment is preferred
