The District Sales Supervisor (DSS) reports to the Sales Director and is responsible for the management of an assigned district. The DSS provides ongoing leadership, thereby ensuring that all stores achieve and/or surpass their financial goals while operating in compliance to all Company policies, standards and guidelines. The DSS inspires, coaches, motivates, develops and evaluates the management teams to achieve maximum performance and to optimize the customer experience throughout the district, while minimizing each store's shrink and controlling budgets, inventory, expenses and wage costs. Ensures that all stores across the district operate in compliance to Brand and visual presentation standards and plays an integral role in the hiring of the merchandising team. He/She provides guidance to the Store Manager and assists in resolving all store issues, including business, customer-and/or human resources related problems. She also works closely with the Sales Director and supporting departments to provide feedback and recommendations to help in decision making and driving business results.
