Position: IT Help Desk Reps.

Key roles, tasks and responsibilities include: Providing Help Desk support for standard software and desktop hardware; Resetting passwords; Diagnosing support for business-specific applications (based on business provided flow charts and scripts); and Identifying, monitoring and reporting problems. Successful candidates will need to possess the following Qualifications: Any combination of: A+, Network +, an MCP or MCSE certification; an IBM desktop/laptop hardware certification; Experience with HP LaserJet printers; Microsoft OS/Software support knowledge (or certification); an Understanding of ITIL framework; 6 months experience supporting remote access software; and 6 months experience with an incident tracking system, such as Remedy.
We are looking for analytical thinkers, with previous Help Desk experience (preferably in oil and gas applications); Excellent language skills; Strong hardware/software troubleshooting skills; and the ability to understand client needs and expectations.
