My highly respected client is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
JOB DUTIES:
Data entry and processing information on a database, doing analysis and creating reports.
Assisting in Event planning, organizing and following up
Checks mail, processes invoices, maintains expense accounts and enter into spreadsheets.
Create filing system and maintain same.
Filing documents
Moving Boxes
Work closely with the Manager to make travel arrangements and other duties as required.
SKILLS:
Intermediate to advanced Access
Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, follow up and ensure completion of tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Maintain confidentiality of information
