Our client is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Finance team within their growing organization.
Salary up to $60,000 (Annually)
Primary duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Track budgets and manage expense reports
- Prepare presentations
- Maintain files
- Prepare correspondence
- Photocopy, fax, and mail
- Make travel arrangements
- Organize meetings
- Maintain calendars/schedules
- Assist with Human Resource functions
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you need to land the job:
- College or University degree
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of administrative experience at an intermediate to senior level
- Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Word/ PowerPoint, and advanced Excel)
- Organizational and presentation skills
- Excellent writing skills
