Our client, a not-for-profit organization is seeking the aforementioned to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidate has proven experience with mail merge, Access and has a medical administration education background.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate conferences and liaise with medical professionals from various industries
• Assists in maintaining various databases;
• Document and report preparation;
• Assist team in presentation preparation;
• Provides general office support (photocopying, faxing, arranging courier services, and other administrative tasks as required);
• Website maintenance and resource production (brochures, etc.)
• Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
• At least two years of administrative experience
• Health care/medical education
• Highly proficient with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Power Point; ESPECIALLY Access;
• Advanced document preparation skills;
• Willingness to learn new computer programs;
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong attention to detail.
