As an Office Manager your main responsibility will be to provide office support and manage various administrative functions.
Key Duties:
-answer phones, emails, client inquiries
-prepare day to day correspondence
-responsible for mail distribution and courier set up, file management and facilities administration
-update client database
-process accounts payables and receivables
-assist with scheduling meetings and travel
-prepare various reports
-process human resources related documentation
-format presentations
-other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have completed post secondary education, preferably in Human Resources or Accounting, excellent communication skills, both oral and written, previous experience with office administration and accounting and advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Additionally you will have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and have strong attention to detail.
