POSITION SUMMARY

This role will interface with both internal and external business to business (B2B) collaboration and messaging stakeholders and partners. Within RIM the role will interface with the Supply Chain, and Manufacturing business areas, its managers and system users, to define, design, implement, train and document collaborative B2B and related internal business processes and reporting solutions. Externally the role will interface with trading partners including suppliers, contract manufacturers, carrier customers and intermediaries.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will be 'hands-on' with the purpose of designing, implementing and supporting RIM's enhanced B2B collaborative supply chain systems and platform. This position will work closely with an extended cross functional team of SAP Functional and Process Analysts and Super Users and internal business unit customers who are subject matter experts in various processes and modules of SAP, APO, PI, Kinaxis Rapid Response, and other systems, Corporate IT and E2Open, RIM's B2B collaboration vendor. The incumbent will have subject matter expertise in a variety of facets of Supply Chain, manufacturing planning, B2B collaboration, project and change management and technical insights into B2B methods and protocols. This role will also assist and coordinate aspects of on-going cross-functional projects as required.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• In-depth knowledge of B2B messaging and collaborative computing technologies
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work with and at times lead a diverse group of people
• Experience dealing with both internal and external IT organizations in a collaborative manner
• University/College degree in a related field
• Advanced Business and technical experience with Supply Chain Planning and Execution in SAP, APO and Kinaxis application environment
• Minimum 5 years with SAP modules PP, MM or SD, and experience with SAP PI and APO
• Possess advanced supply chain, logistics, transportation and operations knowledge
• Experience with Supply Chain Management reporting requirements
• Project Management experience, with a demonstrated ability to deliver projects and tasks on-time
• Experience implementing supply chain systems
• A proven ability to manage and lead change over an extended period of time
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Able to conduct workshops and training sessions
• Detail-oriented, creative, and innovative
• A drive for continuous process improvement

 ADDITIONAL ASSETS

• Experience with B2B or A2A exception management
• Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response (aka WebPlan)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• SAP MM or PP certification
• Six Sigma Greenbelt or similar certification highly desirable
• After hours support may be required during the initial stages of the project
