Our office is located in downtown Toronto.  We offer a past-paced, fun atmosphere and the opportunity to get involved hands-on in our business. 

We are currently seeking candidates with entry level Recruiter/HR Administrator experience.   In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for full-cycle solutions in assigned markets on a North American level. This will include telephone interviews, reporting and educating job seekers in their current transition.  The incumbent will work very closely in alignment with our Client Service team to manage customer expectations for various programs and products.

To succeed in this role, the successful candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years full-cycle recruitment experience either in an agency or corporate setting.  Experience with high-volume recruitment, as well experience recruiting in various geographical locations, is an asset.   The ability to foster relationships and communicate effectively with different audiences is key to your success.
