PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Initiate payment collections to keep client accounts out of arrears
§ Assist clients to resolve payment issues.
§ Review individual files to ensure the appropriate action is being taken i.e. some files will dictate sending correspondence, while the vast majority will require further telephone calls & correspondence.
§ Communicate with external agents to manage accounts
§ Performing general administration to correct, record or process payments or transactions.
§ Provide FinanciaLinx customers with timely & friendly assistance regarding said accounts.
§ Accept direction as provided by supervisor.
§ Assist supervisor with maintaining an efficient, positive, professional and motivated work environment.
§ Maintain regular office hours/late shifts as required by the team and supervisor.
§ Ensure company policies & procedures are adhered to when representing FinanciaLinx to our customers.
§ Maintain top-quality calls, asking the appropriate questions, while trying to find a long-term solution to the customer’s situation/difficulties.
§ Review your quantity of customer contacts to ensure proper management of your queue.
§ Seek assistance/training as necessary.
§ Other duties/assignments as required by the Supervisor.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
§ Bilingual in French and English is a must
§ Candidate will be customer focused, have strong communication skills, be a team player, and be able to plan and organize
§ Minimum 2 years work related experience in leasing industry or related work experience.
§ Possess a College Degree or equivalent work experience
§ Knowledge of INFOLEASE is a definite asset.
§ Good knowledge of standard MS Office applications.
§ Strong analytical and decision making skills.
§ Available to work shifts ranging from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
