Senior Estimator

Lewis Builds Corporation requires a Senior Estimator with a minimum of 10 years experience, familiar with commercial, industrial and residential projects in the $5M to $150M range.

Experience in high rise residential is desirable.  Duties and capabilities will include the following:

·    Ability to manage the hard bid process for various types of projects, including development of an overall bid strategy.

·    Prepare necessary take-offs, preliminary schedules and general conditions budgeting to complement the estimating process.

·    Prepare budgets for design-build and negotiated projects and oversee the value engineering process with clients.

·    Provide accurate estimating for ongoing projects and/or direct subordinates as required.

·    Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with major sub-trades to achieve the foregoing.
