1.      Service Support

·         Render assistance in the Incident and problem resolution process

·         Adhere to the Group IT Change management process

·         Produce and update documentation of the client

·         Provide Support for any requests pertaining to the network and related IT services

·         IT Training and direction for staff

2.      Service Delivery

·            Research, plan and manage projects for Implementation and improvement of IT Systems

·            Service availability monitoring and reporting

·            Capacity planning

·            Develop and test the IT Service continuity and recovery plans

3.      Security Management

·            Monitor and improve Network security

4.      Day-to-day activities

·            Administration and monitoring of IT network resources

·            Assist with implementation and improvement of IT policies and standards

·            Monitoring & administration of Backups

·            Participate in Group IT Team activities
